What This Website Is
Football Betting UK publishes editorial information about football betting sites, including bookmakers that operate outside the GamStop scheme. We are not a bookmaker, payment service or financial adviser, we hold no gambling licence, and no bets are placed through this website. Our reviews and comparisons express editorial opinion based on published terms and the information available to us at the time.
Accuracy of Information
Odds, football markets, promotions, payment options, limits and withdrawal rules can change without notice. Any figure or feature we describe should be treated as a snapshot at the time of writing. If our content differs from a bookmaker’s current terms, the bookmaker’s terms apply.
Your Responsibilities
Decisions to open an account, deposit, place a bet or accept a promotion are yours alone. Before using any bookmaker, check that it is permitted to accept customers from your location, read its full terms, verify its licence and decide whether its level of protection is acceptable to you. We have no relationship with your account and cannot intervene in a payment, settlement or verification issue.
Limitation of Liability
Content is provided for general information, without warranties as to completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for betting losses, decisions made in reliance on our content, outdated information or interruptions to the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Affiliate and External Links
Some links on this website are affiliate links, and we may receive commission when they are used. External websites, including bookmakers and support services, are run by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or decisions.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout and branding of this website are protected by intellectual property rights. Short quotations with a credit and a link are permitted. Copying full guides, rewriting our content for republication or scraping the site is not. Bookmaker names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling involves the risk of losing money and should never be treated as a source of income. Anyone with an active GamStop exclusion should not use an offshore bookmaker to get around it. Support and blocking options are listed on our Responsible Gambling page.
Changes and Governing Law
These terms may be updated at any time, and the version published on this page is the one in force. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact page.
